Privacy Policy
IntegrationXPro Social Hub (“the app”, “we”) is an independent, private, invitation-only social media management tool run under the IntegrationXPro brand by its independent owner and operator (“the operator”) to manage the operator's own Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages and YouTube channels. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google or YouTube. There is no public sign-up; accounts are created by the operator. This policy explains what data the app accesses, why, and how it is protected.
Information we access
- Your sign-in details — the email address and a securely hashed password for your IntegrationXPro Social Hub login.
- Instagram (through Meta's official APIs), only for accounts you connect and only with the permissions you grant: profile information (username, name, profile picture, follower and media counts), your media and their insights, comments and mentions on your media, direct messages sent to your account, and the ability to publish posts, Reels and Stories you create in the app.
- Facebook Pages (through Meta's official APIs), only for Pages you connect: the Page's ID, name and picture, and the ability to publish the Reels you choose to that Page (permissions
pages_show_list,pages_manage_posts,pages_read_engagement,business_management). The app does not read Page messages or comments. - YouTube (through the YouTube Data API), only for channels you connect, with exactly two permissions:
youtube.upload— to upload the videos you choose to publish as YouTube Shorts;youtube.readonly— to read your channel's ID, name, handle, profile picture and subscriber count, and the processing status of videos the app uploaded.
- Content you upload to the app's media library (images and videos) and the captions, titles and schedules you enter.
How we use it
Only to provide the app's features to you: publishing and scheduling your content, showing your accounts, comments, messages and performance, and uploading your videos to YouTube when you ask for it. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, build profiles for third parties, or use it to train AI models.
Google user data
IntegrationXPro Social Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the YouTube publishing features described above, is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide those features or to comply with law, and is never read by humans except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
The app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the platform it belongs to, when you act: content you publish is sent to Instagram or Facebook (Meta) or to YouTube (Google). We use an email provider only to send account emails such as password resets. No other third parties receive your data.
Storage and security
- Data is stored on the operator's own server. Access tokens from Meta and Google are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never shown in the app or sent to your browser.
- Connections use HTTPS. Access to the app is limited to invited users, with rate limiting and account lockout on sign-in.
- The app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms; no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
- Disconnecting a YouTube channel in the app revokes the app's Google access and deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Instagram access can be removed in the app or in your Instagram / Facebook settings (Apps and websites / Business integrations).
- Publishing history is kept until you ask for it to be deleted. To delete your data or your account, email admin@telegramnz.com; we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Children
The app is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
